Q3: Why the copper products need to do antioxidation treatment）
A: Because of the copper is very reactive metal，it‘s easy to react with oxygen in the air(Especially in the moisture environment), and form a layer of oxide skin on the products surface, it will affect the appearance and performance of the product. So need to do passivation treatment, in order to prevent the product surface discoloration
Q4:What issues need to attention in pickling passivation process?
A: If there is a serious dirt surface, need to clean dirt before pickling passivation. After pickling passivation need to use alkali or sodium carbonate solution to neutralizes the acid which remain the work-piece surface

A: Electrolytic polishing also called electrochemical polishing, is being polishing work-piece as the anode, insoluble metal (lead plate) as fixed cathode, Anode polishing work-piece soaked in the electrolytic tank, following direct current (dc), the anodic work-piece dissolved, the micro convex part will be priority dissolve and form a light -smooth surface. The principle of electrolysis is difference from electroplating, under general situation, the electrolytic polishing can be used to instead of mechanical polishing, especially complex shape work-piece.
