Q5: What is electrolytic polishing? The principle is?
A5: Electrolytic polishing also called electrochemical polishing, is being polishing work-piece as the anode, insoluble metal (lead plate) as fixed cathode, Anode polishing work-piece soaked in the electrolytic tank, following direct current (dc), the anodic work-piece dissolved, the micro convex part will be priority dissolve and form a light -smooth surface. The principle of electrolysis is difference from electroplating, under general situation, the electrolytic polishing can be used to instead of mechanical polishing, especially complex shape work-piece.
